Introduce the new drug through assigned messages and guidelines using an omnichannel approach
Develop and execute business plans for assigned accounts
Introduce the product into the hospital pharmacies of assigned accounts
Maximise and closely track the allocated budget
Provide competitive intelligence within the assigned territory
Develop a deep understanding of decision‑making structures, key influencers, and client strategic objectives
Contribute to the national account sales strategy
Demonstrate understanding of disease states, treatment options, and their impact on patients, payers, institutions, health systems, and healthcare providers
Attend company-developed meetings, technical data presentations, and briefings
Act in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, codes, and Mundipharma policies
Ensure high ethical standards for product promotion and support the best use of the product for patients
Requirements
Candidate to be based in the Murcia region




Experience in hospital negotiation as a KAM for pharmaceutical/biotechnological products
Proven experience in launching and introducing new products in the hospital environment
Anti-infectious experience is highly valued
Previous experience launching drugs for rare diseases is also valued
Previous experience in hospital formulary processes is necessary
Previous experience in price negotiation in hospital pharmacy is required

Excellent communication skills
Highly skilled in presenting and interacting with healthcare professionals (HCP) and key opinion leaders (KOL)
