As the EAME IT u0026amp; Digital Lead, you shape and execute regional technology and digital strategies within ADAMA's global ITu0026amp;D vision. You drive cross-country transformation programs, ensure delivery of platforms and services, and partner with regional leadership to align governance with growth. You will influence senior stakeholders and build capable, high-performing teams to deliver measurable digital outcomes. Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of IT leadership in large, global, matrixed organizations
• Proven experience leading multi-country IT organizations with operational accountability
• Track record delivering large-scale transformation programs and global rollouts
• Broad expertise across applications, ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and digital platforms
• Ability to influence and partner with senior business leaders balancing global governance with regional needs
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing IT budgets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
• Master's degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage
