Position: Senior SAP HCM ConsultantLocation: 100% Remote (Occasional travel to Madrid, Spain, based on project requirements)Duration: Permanent / FreelanceDescription:The service involves supporting the SAP migration project from ECC to S/4HANA across all project phases, followed by the implementation of additional functionalities available in the new version.Key Responsibilities:- Participate in internal and client workshops for process definition and follow-up of conclusions and action items.- Prepare solution analysis documentation, including:- Business Blueprint documents- Functional Design Specifications- Other functional and project-related documentation- Implement solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment.- Support the deployment of new functionalities and process improvements available in S/4HANA.Required Skills:Must-Have:- Experience as a Senior SAP HCM Consultant.- Strong expertise in:- SAP HCM PA/PY (Personnel Administration & Payroll)- SAP HCM PT (Time Management)- SAP HCM PD (Personnel Development)- Experience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.- English proficiency at C1 level (mandatory).Nice-to-Have:- Experience working with offshore teams.
