Role Description





The Head of Human Resources is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the HR function and building people strategies that support CoreFi’s growth and regulatory obligations. This role oversees HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition support, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and offboarding. The Head of Human Resources will design and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with relevant labor and employment laws, and establish practices that foster fair treatment, inclusion, and a high-performance culture in a distributed, international environment. Day-to-day activities include advising leadership on organizational design, managing employee relations and conflict resolution, coordinating learning and development initiatives, and monitoring HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
