As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with Contact Centre leaders and managers, offering strategic guidance and practical support on a wide range of people-related matters. You will report directly to the Senior Director of HR (out of country) and be the number 1 in Barcelona, driving and executing our People Strategy.

Key responsibilities:
- Support Managers and Team Leaders in key HR life cycle processes and employees’ relations.
- Ensure our HR policies, processes, guidelines are kept up to date to reinforce positive people experience and effectively support our organizational purpose and culture, aligning all to our values.
- Provide timely and effective management of people issues including disciplinary and grievance cases, performance management, sickness absence and wellbeing and other ER-related activities, encompassing all matters related to disciplinary proceedings and legal proceedings.
- Control and administrative management of all the centre’s equipment through the Workday system.
- Enhance our people experience through our culture, vision, and values.




- Partner with Senior Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Legal and other Stakeholders to implement solutions and initiatives that enable our business.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an HR function, with solid knowledge of Spanish IR/ER and current labour/employment legislation.
- Experience in management and direct communication with the works council
