As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting SERB’s products, driving sales and building relationships with healthcare professionals as well as with other relevant stakeholders.



As an ideal candidate will have a background and network in hematology / oncology, enjoy working in a team and have a passion for making a difference for patients.
In general, as a Key Account Manager for Serb Pharmaceuticals, you will be:
Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing key accounts within the assigned territory, fostering long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders and relevant stakeholders (in partnership with our Medical and Marketing functions) to influence sales potential, future guidelines, and product positioning, as well as ensure the execution of peer-to-peer and advocacy programs.
Identify and cultivate new clients to drive sales and expand the reach of SERB products.
Establish and maintain in-depth knowledge of the customers, key decision-makers, and strategic accounts to support informed decision-making.
