you will lead high-impact teams focused on the evolution of Flywire’s core payment architecture. You are a strategic leader who balances deep technical vision with exceptional people leadership, serving as a player-coach to drive the automation of complex global payment processes. Engineering Excellence
Quality Governance: Establish high standards through thorough design reviews and sustainable engineering practices like TDD and CI/CD.
Global Influence: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior engineers across the global organization to refine infrastructure requirements.
