Experteer Overview
In this role, you define and drive cybersecurity for TrustMotion’s SDV products, translating threat analyses into architectural decisions. You will work with a cross-functional team of SW architects, developers, and security specialists to ensure security is built into automotive solutions and aligned with standards. You will produce evidence and KPIs to support cybersecurity management and customer assurance. This position offers impact across product development, regulatory compliance, and security maturity within a leading automotive software platform.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Conduct threat analyses and risk assessments to derive cybersecurity requirements and mitigation strategies
• Define cybersecurity specifications and technical requirements for product development and testing
• Develop cybersecurity events, weaknesses assessments, and vulnerability analyses
• Produce ISO21434-related work products and evidence
• Act as security assessor/auditor for projects and assist the Security Manager
• Guide development teams on cybersecurity practices and mentor stakeholders




• Support development phases from requirements to testing with cybersecurity governance
• Coordinate customer-facing technical discussions and provide expertise
• Oversee software implementation correctness and vulnerability monitoring
• Prepare cybersecurity training programs for development teams
• Support creation and improvement of cybersecurity processes for software development in critical environments
• Explore emerging technologies and industry best practices

Responsabilidades
• 10-15 years experience in SW Architecture
• 5 years experience in Automotive Cybersecurity Standards (ISO21434, ASPICE for Cybersecurity, UNECE WP.29)
• 5 years experience System Security
• Cybersecurity Standards and Automotive Industry Standards knowledge
• Analytical thinking and results-oriented
• Threat Modeling, Risk Management, Security Controls
• Knowledge of cryptography
