It is not a recruitment, talent acquisition, HRBP,



or EOR position.What You'll DoManage temporary worker assignments and Contratos de Puesta a Disposición (CPD)Ensure compliance with Spanish labour legislation and post-RDL 32/2021 regulationsApply convenios colectivos and equiparación retributiva requirements accuratelyCoordinate payroll inputs, timesheets, contract changes, terminations, and settlementsManage PRL requirements before assignment start, including risk assessments and training controlsWork with Sistema RED, SILTRA, Contrat@, CASIA and other labour administration platformsSupport audits, labour inspections, and compliance reviewsEnsure seamless payroll-to-invoicing operations across multiple clientsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience working within a licensed Spanish ETTxiphteb Hands-on management of CPDs, temporary contracts, and payroll processesStrong knowledge of Spanish labour law and collective bargaining agreementsExperience using RED, SILTRA, Contrat@ and CASIAExceptional attention to detail and compliance mindsetFluent Spanish and strong English communication skillsBased in SpainInterested?
