As Digital EMS Projects & Operations Manager within our External Manufacturing & Supply Digital team, you’ll drive the digital transformation of Sanofi's integral external manufacturing network by executing strategic digital programs that create a seamlessly connected, cyber-resilient ecosystem. You’ll be part of the External Manufacturing & Supply organization, working with cutting-edge technologies and cross-functional teams across Digital, Cybersecurity, Supply Chain, and Quality. This role offers high autonomy and the opportunity to make a direct impact on patient outcomes by ensuring supply continuity and accelerating product launches through digital innovation. Lead end-to-end execution

of complex digital programs including Serialization platforms, ERP integrations, Artwork Management systems, and Cybersecurity initiatives across our global CMO network Manage a ~10M€ digital budget

throughout the full cycle from business case preparation to execution tracking, ensuring financial transparency and accountability Define and monitor performance indicators

covering financials, operational excellence,



and program delivery while providing comprehensive status reporting to leadership Coordinate across internal stakeholders

including Digital, Cybersecurity, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to align priorities and drive coherent execution Contribute to strategic roadmap evolution

by translating the 2030 vision into executable program plans with clear milestones and success criteria Drive operational excellence

through continuous improvement initiatives, KPI monitoring, and remediation plans to ensure delivery confidence Support crisis and issue management

with solid root cause analysis and prevention planning to maintain program momentum About you

Experience:

Proven track record in program/project management and digital transformation within complex, multi-stakeholder environments Leadership skills:

Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage interdependencies, and drive execution in fast-paced transformation environments with high accountability standards Technical knowledge:

Understanding of digital platforms, system integrations, and portfolio governance frameworks; familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance ( GxP , regulatory standards) is a plus Communication excellence:

Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills to engage both technical teams and senior leadership effectively Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering , Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields Languages:





Fluent English ; local language proficiency and French are advantageous Certifications:

Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, SAFe /Agile) is an asset Why choose us?

The salary range for this position is :€59.600,00 - €79.467 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
