As Staff Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design of the order tracking experience across Glovo and Delivery Hero brands. You’ll shape a scalable, delightful tracking journey that impacts millions of users in 70+ countries, collaborating with cross-functional teams in logistics. You drive data-informed design decisions and own the roadmap to improve engagement and usability. This role combines leadership, design systems, and hands-on execution to elevate a mission-critical customer experience.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years as a product designer on complex apps
• Strong visual design skills and design systems experience
• Expertise in Figma and prototyping tools
• Strategic thinker with workshop facilitation and design metrics experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in B2C products; animation experience is a plus
