As we are building our new in-house Service & Repair Customer Care organization, we are looking for Customer Care Specialists who are passionate about delivering exceptional services and who thrive in a fast-moving environment.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex customer challenges, driving operational excellence, and helping teams succeed. While you will contribute to projects, process improvements, and system enhancements, you will also remain closely connected to day-to-day customer care operations and customer interactions.

This position is based in Madrid, Spain, and follows a hybrid work arrangement, with a combination of office-based and remote work. Travel is expected to be minimal and primarily associated with business meetings, training, or organizational initiatives.
