Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines as part of a major Ab Initio to Informatica IDMC migration, including Teradata-to-Snowflake data migration. You will work in a SAFe Agile environment on cloud-native data integration solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and performance at scale. This is a fully remote opportunity in Spain with a clear path to growth and impact.

• Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica IDMC
• Assess and redesign Ab Initio workflows for migration to IDMC
• Lead Teradata on-premise to Snowflake cloud migration initiatives
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and transformations across Teradata and Snowflake
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and testing during migration
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD-enabled deployments and release processes
• Contribute to technical documentation and runbooks
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and incidents

Responsabilidades




• 5 to 10 years of experience in ETL development, data integration, or data warehousing
• Hands-on experience with Ab Initio
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC
• Experience migrating Ab Initio ETL workflows to Informatica IDMC
• Strong Teradata SQL development and data warehousing knowledge
• Experience with Snowflake data loading, transformations, and cloud-native development
• Proven Teradata on-premise to Snowflake migration experience
• Understanding of data warehouse architecture, dimensional modelling, and data transformation frameworks
• Experience in SAFe Agile delivery environments and CI/CD-enabled deployments
• Fluent English and professional-level Spanish (B2 or above) for client-facing interactions
