Experteer Overview In this role you drive external CMO collaboration for finished dosage forms, shaping supplier strategies and savings. You will perform market analyses, manage RFQ processes, and monitor supplier performance to secure reliable supply and favorable commercial terms. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement new scorecards and tools, while pursuing cost-optimisation opportunities. This position blends strategic sourcing with hands-on negotiation in a mission-driven CNS-focused company.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Create market analyses of suppliers and competitors to identify opportunities and risks
- Execute RFQ processes, follow up, and present scenarios and outcomes
- Manage price stability by avoiding increases and achieving savings per annual renegotiation/renewal plan
- Develop internal tools and supplier scorecards to monitor performance
- Prepare and analyse RFQ for specific product categories and suppliers
- Assist with contract adjustments and supplier negotiations
- Support ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Coordinate escalation and resolution of issues with CMOs




- Ensure on-time realization of saving opportunities
- Lead implementation of dashboards/tools with SAP BW4 for supplier performance
- Prepare price comparisons and benchmarking across products and competitors
- Manage supplier relationships to maintain reliable supplyResponsabilidades
- Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years international supply chain experience
- Pharma sector experience required (min 5 years)
- Excellent in project management and data analysis
- Experience with EU CMOs
- Proven ERP experience (e.G., SAP) and strong Excel skills
- Strong organizational, structural and communication skills
