What You Will Be Responsible For
Full employee lifecycle:
You manage the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to contract administration and offboarding for our growing Madrid organization.

Local payroll coordination:
You act as the primary interface between the Madrid entity, external payroll providers, and internal Finance teams to coordinate and validate monthly payrolls.

Employee & leadership support:
You serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, advising leadership on performance management, workplace conflicts, and people strategy.

Compliance & workplace frameworks:
You ensure compliance with Spanish employment law, manage statutory requirements such as Equality Plans and health and safety (PRL), and oversee policy implementation.
