Key Responsibilities * Define and execute product strategy and product roadmap aligned with business objectives. * Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities. * Lead new product introduction activities from concept through commercialization. * Manage the complete product lifecycle, including portfolio optimization and product phase-out initiatives. * Analyze pricing, profitability, and market positioning to support sustainable growth. * Partner closely with R&D;, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure successful product development and launch execution. * Build strong market intelligence and act as a voice of the customer within the organization.

Profile * Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Portfolio Management. * Background within advanced materials, specialty chemicals, industrial technology, or related sectors. * Strong commercial and analytical skills. * Experience working with cross-functional international teams. * Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies. * Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field. * Fluent English communication skills.
