Experteer Overview In this Senior Data Scientist role, you’ll shape agentic, production-ready AI systems to streamline marketing operations across multiple brands and markets. You’ll map processes, quantify effort and ROI, and drive end-to-end implementations from PoC to live production with robust guardrails. Your work enhances decision-making with auditable, trustworthy analytics, while adapting to a multi-brand, multi-language stack. - Map and analyze end-to-end marketing workflows across brands to quantify time and resources
- Design state transitions, triggers, APIs, and human-in-the-loop points for automated flows
- Build guardrails: dry-run modes, approvals, least-privilege scopes, and rollback capabilities
- Develop end-to-end, productionizable agentic systems that read from analytics and marketing platforms
- Write evals for outputs (diagnoses, sources, brand voice across languages) and quantify risk
- Ensure data quality and trust by validating tracking/data sources before automation

- Evaluate vendor APIs, rate limits, data models, and integration costs
- Balance cost and latency: routing, caching, batching, and per-run cost awareness

- Strong Python expertise and production-grade tooling
- End-to-end shipping experience with live systems affecting customers

- Cost and latency engineering mindset for model routing and caching
- Safety-focused design with approvals, least-privilege access, and rollback capabilities
- Evaluation design for generative/agentic outputs including calibration and red-teaming
