As an AI Engineer at Keyrus, you will design and deliver scalable AI-powered backends on the Microsoft Azure stack, combining data, intelligence, and human decision-making. You’ll work across disciplines to transform complexity into measurable business value, building reliable, high-performance solutions in enterprise settings. You’ll stay ahead of Generative AI trends and contribute to Intelligent Document Processing initiatives. This role offers hands-on development with a consultative edge in a collaborative, international environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, develop and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs for enterprise AI solutions on Azure
• Build and optimize cloud-native AI applications ensuring performance, scalability, security, and operational excellence
• Integrate Generative AI technologies including RAG and speech-to-text into production environments
• Leverage Azure services (Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, Key Vault) for secure and efficient solutions
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, front-end developers, and business stakeholders for seamless AI integration
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize backend services and deployments for high availability and reliability




• Stay current with Generative AI trends (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, enterprise adoption)
• Contribute to Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions leveraging LLMs and advanced document understanding techniques

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of backend systems and cloud-based solution development
• Proven experience deploying AI-powered applications in production
• Experience working in Agile and multidisciplinary teams
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English
• Backend development and API design experience
• Hands-on Azure AI and cloud services experience (Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, Key Vault)
• Experience integrating Generative AI solutions (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Speech-to-Text)
• Knowledge of monitoring, troubleshooting, and deployment best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions
