Develop and manage a comprehensive Program plan, including budget oversight, resource allocation, and progress tracking, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify interdependencies, mitigate risks, and manage change, ensuring alignment across related Programs and projects.
Oversee and support Project Managers by providing leadership, resources,



and guidance to ensure projects align with the overall Program objectives.
Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy, encompassing employee communications, training, and establishing a change agent network.
Establish KPIs, SLAs, and performance objectives for the Program, and manage the tracking and reporting of benefits realization post-delivery.
Engage with external vendors and internal partners to coordinate third-party management and ensure compliance, risk control, and successful project rollout
