The HR Integration tribe offers an integration platform connecting internal and external partners in the area of HR with a focus on Core HR, Payroll input and Workforce management. As a business analyst in the HR Integration tribe, you are the link between the development teams and the different stakeholders of the SD Connect Integration Platform, supporting & guiding internal and external partners who want to make use of our integration Platform. Lead workshops with partners and define data mappings together with them
Support of the partners throughout the different stages of the onboarding project. eg hand over of Data mapping to other involved parties,



support on defining & executing integrated product test cycles, support operational readiness track, …

Manage change request related to data mappings on partner level
Report on the quality of the integration through monthly and quarterly assessments
Participate in and/or lead improvement projects related to the SD Connect platform
A university degree (Master or bachelor) or equivalent through experience.
- 5 years + experience in system integration projects as a functional analyst or implementation consultants in the domain of HR
- Knowledge of Payroll processes and/or experience with Core HR systems (Workday, Successfactors, … ) is a plus
- Capture business & functional requirements and assess the impact on technical implementation
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
