The role

As Click&Boat; continues to grow and our financial and legal environment becomes increasingly complex, we are looking for a Group Financial Controller. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the reliability of our accounting and closing processes, corporate treasury, audits, as well as the Group's day-to-day corporate and legal matters. The scope currently covers several entities, mainly in France and Spain, with a new international subsidiary expected to open shortly.



You will directly manage one accountant and coordinate several external partners, including accounting firms, auditors, tax advisors, lawyers and banks. This role requires a high level of autonomy, particularly on Corporate matters: the objective is for you to take ownership of topics end-to-end, identify the required actions, coordinate the relevant advisors and partners, and involve the Finance Director on key or strategic decisions.
⛵ What you'll do
- Accounting & closing: oversee the accounting of Click&Boat; and its subsidiaries (France, Spain, and soon an additional international entity), manage the internal accounting team and coordinate local accounting firms, run monthly and annual closing processes, ensure deadlines are met and trial balances are accurate, review and challenge key accounting entries (provisions, cut-offs, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, fixed assets), oversee balance sheet reconciliation
