We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager who is energetic, proactive, and motivated to grow with us. This person will play a role in building strong relationships with our partners and ensuring smooth collaboration across projects. You’ll be working in a dynamic,



fast-paced environment where communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making are key.
Support new and existing clients and help guide them through our processes.
Work with data and reports to understand performance and identify useful insights.
Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Support, or another client-facing role is preferred.
A background or interest in gaming, mobile games, or digital entertainment is a plus.
Able to manage different tasks and priorities with support from the team.
