Experteer Overview
You will co-drive the Core Banking segment strategy and ensure delivery of high-impact initiatives with cross-functional teams. You’ll work closely with product and leadership to refine strategy and present business cases to the ELT. Expect to perform data-driven analyses, develop KPI dashboards, and optimize Pu0026amp;L with SQL insights. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on project leadership in a fast-growing fintech. You’ll help shape a digitally-driven banking platform at a diverse, forward-thinking company.

• Co-drive the creation and refinement of segment strategies to enable informed decisions
• Create and present business cases to assess initiatives and experiments for the ELT
• Conduct exploratory analyses including SQL deep-dives and budget building to optimize Pu0026L
• Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation across the segment
• Lead KPI reviews with cross-functional teams to monitor progress against goals
• Serve as a central stakeholder for Product, Tech, Data, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations,



and Marketing
• Lead the Core Banking business segment

Responsabilidades
• Minimum of 5 years in fintech, banking, consulting, or startup environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or related field
• Proven experience making data-driven recommendations and driving strategic outcomes through cross-functional collaboration
• Strong problem-solving ability to structure and define analyses to draw innovative conclusions
• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently source data and derive insights
• Effective visualization and storytelling skills for presenting insights
• Interest and curiosity for the banking/fintech industry
• Fluent in English
