We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a general leader in third-party quality assurance and inspection services (TIC industry), serving international brands across consumer goods and industrial sectors. This is a client-side position — successful candidates will be employed directly by the client.

About the Role
Our client is looking for a commercially-driven sales leader to take ownership of their Spain sales operations. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll be responsible for building and growing a high-performing team, driving pipeline execution, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across the region.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in the TIC sector (inspection, testing, or auditing services) and has led sales teams selling into the consumer goods space.

What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and grow a distributed sales team across Spain and neighboring markets
Own the regional sales strategy, from market planning to pipeline execution
Run regular pipeline reviews and forecast checks with your team




Recruit and develop new sales talent as the team scales
Partner with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth client service
Provide senior management with regular performance insights and action plans
Support marketing efforts (trade shows, campaigns) that generate leads for the team

What We're Looking For
5–10+ years of B2B sales experience, including solid time in the TIC industry (inspection, testing, or auditing) selling into consumer goods
At least 2 years directly managing a sales team — coaching, evaluating, and developing people
Strong grasp of the consumer goods supply chain (sourcing, trading, manufacturing, retail compliance)
Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders — procurement heads, quality directors, C-level buyers
Fluent English required; Spanish and/or Dutch are a strong plus
Open to regular travel across Western Europe
