Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software modules using coding and design best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Participate in code reviews to support quality, security, and consistency.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting for robust and integrated systems.
- Contribute to agile processes and continuous improvement of software delivery practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university of applied sciences in software or technology, with above-average grades.
- Graduated within the past 12 months or currently completing the degree.
- Initial practical experience in software- and technology-related work.




- Passion for wealth management and motivation to create value beyond wealth.
- Integral mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English; Spanish and German are advantageous.
- Eligibility to work in the country where the position is located.
