Experteer Overview
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at OpenAI, you lead end-to-end deployment of frontier models for strategic customers from prototype to production. You work closely with customer engineering teams and cross-functional partners to design, build, and rollout scalable systems. You measure success through production adoption and impact on workflows, feeding learnings back into product and model roadmaps. This role blends hands-on delivery with customer-facing collaboration in a dynamic, impact-driven environment.

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years engineering or technical deployment experience with customer-facing work
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
• Production-grade code authoring/review across frontend and backend (Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks)
• Experience with systems powered by LLMs or generative models and understanding of model behavior impact on product
• Ability to simplify complexity and make fast, sound decisions under pressure
• Clear communication with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders
• Risk spotting and proactive course correction
• Calm, measured judgment in high-stakes situations
