As our Pricing Manager you ensure effective implementation of pricing initiatives, support commercial decision-making, and drive profitable growth through disciplined pricing execution.
What You Will Do
Lead pricing initiatives, support strategic negotiations, use analytics to optimize performance, and drive change management across the commercial organization.

Key responsibilities include:
- Execute the EMEA pricing strategy within the local market.
- Implement annual price increases and pricing initiatives.
- Commercial support; Provide pricing and deal guidance for tenders, quotations, and strategic customer negotiations.
- Monitor pricing performance, discount levels, margin development, and price realization.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability through pricing optimization.
- Pricing analytics: Analyze customer, product, and market profitability.
