As a Senior ServiceNow Developer at Unit4, you design, build, and sustain scalable ServiceNow solutions that support IT services, customer engagement, HR, and workflow automation. You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and other dev teams to translate requirements into maintainable platform solutions and drive continuous improvement. You’ll contribute to standards, handle integrations, and support upgrades, while mentoring peers. This role offers exposure to AI-enabled workflows and a broad ServiceNow capability set within a fast-growing cloud environment, shaping how work feels for customers and teams.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, develop, configure, test, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Build and enhance ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, App Engine, Now Assist, Virtual Agent capabilities
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure technical solutions
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, webhooks, import sets, and transform maps
• Create workflow automation with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Service Catalog
• Support adoption of Now Assist and AI-enabled workflows with proper controls and monitoring
• Promote standard ServiceNow functionality and reusable solutions to minimize customization
• Perform code reviews, testing, release validation, and troubleshoot complex platform issues
• Support platform upgrades, deployments,



technical documentation, and handover
• Mentor other developers and contribute to engineering standards and continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and deliver measurable business value

Responsabilidades
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and support
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, ServiceNow Studio or App Engine Studio
• Experience with ITSM and at least one other ServiceNow product (CSM, HRSD, SPM, App Engine)
• Experience with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or other ServiceNow AI/automation features
• Proven experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, ACLs, security, and best practices
• Experience with code reviews, testing, release management, upgrades, and production support
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and explain concepts clearly
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
• Professional proficiency in English
