Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Scheduling- Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project- Define WBS, critical paths, and key milestones in coordination with project teams- Track vigente progress against baseline, identify deviations, and propose recovery plans- Review and integrate subcontractor schedules into the master planCost Control & Reporting- Support cost tracking and budget monitoring (EAC, ETC, variance analysis)- Prepare S-curves, progress reports, and dashboards for management review- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of Variation Orders and claims when neededRisk & Alert Management- Proactively identify schedule risks and bottlenecks- Raise early warnings to Project Managers and suggest corrective actions- Ensure timely communication of delays and their potential impactWhat We Are Looking ForMust-have:- 3+ years of experience in project planning and/or cost control within EPC projects- Solid knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project- Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)
