Experteer Overview
In this role you will be the primary on-the-ground partner for employee and labor strategy across the EMEA region, balancing diplomatic negotiation with compliance. You will advise regional leadership, manage high-stakes ER matters, and liaise with works councils and unions to support compliant, fair, and productive relations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and enable business growth, while aligning with the general HR agenda. This is a high-judgment, impact-focused position at the intersection of people, policy, and performance.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Direct high-stakes ER matters including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary hearings
• Coach regional leaders and the People Team on conflict resolution and risk mitigation
• Develop and deliver training on performance management, dispute resolution, and related topics
• Analyze ER data to detect trends and address macro needs with stakeholders
• Serve as primary liaison for works councils, unions, and employee delegates across Spain, Germany, UK, and France
• Lead negotiations and consultations with employee representatives on collective bargaining agreements, shop agreements, policy rollouts, and equality plans
• Advise on terms and application of sectoral collective bargaining agreements in EMEA
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to reduce conflict and enable business agility
• Collaborate with GM, EMEA and EMEA/Barcelona People Teams; maintain feedback with VP in NY
• Act as lead in EMEA for the Employee u0026 Labor Relations team with a strong link to the global HR leadership
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of relevant HR experience (ER, performance management, compliance)
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of current Spain employment/labor laws; EU knowledge a plus
• Project and process management with proven delivery
• Ability to make independent, risk-based decisions in a fast-paced environment with global reporting
• Builder mindset in navigating a complex employee ecosystem using internal resources
• Experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements
• Experience collaborating with a global HR team
• Discretion handling confidential information
