and communicate marketplace health and performance across key commercial, candidate, product, and business KPIs.
Identify growth opportunities, performance risks, optimization potential, and emerging trends through data analysis and market intelligence.
Translate complex datasets and performance trends into clear, actionable recommendations that inform strategy, investment decisions, and business priorities.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Pricing, and Commercial teams to improve marketplace performance and customer outcomes.
Challenge existing approaches and use evidence-based insights to identify opportunities for optimization and sustainable growth.
Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting, communicating performance trends, business challenges, opportunities, and recommended actions to senior stakeholders.
