Experteer Overview In this role you support site management and the efficient, compliant conduct of clinical trials, collaborating across internal teams to maintain trial documentation and trial management systems. You will aid site activation, communications, logistics, and documentation to ensure inspection readiness and timely site payments. The role offers exposure to process improvement and best-practice sharing in a general CRO setting. You’ll work in a collaborative, client-focused environment with travel and office presence requirements.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Support site activation activities including collection, review and tracking of essential documents and approvals
- Maintain up-to-date site information and status in clinical trial management systems and trackers
- Assist CRAs and project teams with site communications, follow-up, and resolution of site-level queries
- Coordinate logistics for site visits and meetings, including scheduling, documentation prep, and follow-up actions
- Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of essential documents for inspection and audit readiness




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support timely site payment processing and issue resolution
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share best practices to enhance site support efficiencyResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Initial experience in clinical research, administration, or similar regulated environment (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
- Effective written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency with MS Office and comfort with electronic systems and databases
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%
