We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our Legal Affairs team and support Farmaprojects' international business operations.Reporting to the Head of Legal Affairs, this role will focus on drafting, negotiating and managing a broad range of commercial agreements within the pharmaceutical industry, while providing practical and business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders.The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, supporting strategic projects and contributing to the company's continued growth in a dynamic international environment.Key Responsibilities:- Support the company's domestic and international activity by providing legal advice and handling commercial and corporate matters.- Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial documents and agreements, including licensing, supply, distribution, co-development,



confidentiality and service agreements- Manage the full contract lifecycle for assigned products, projects and business partners.- Identify, assess and mitigate legal and contractual risks while enabling business objectives.- Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters assigned by the Legal Affairs Department.- Coordinate and manage external legal advisors when required.- Partner with internal stakeholders across Business Development, Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and other functions to support business initiatives.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, contract management practices and operational efficiency within the Legal Affairs function.- Participate in strategic projects and new business initiatives as the organization continues to evolve and grow.#J-18808-Ljbffr
