The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can own the full Onefam brand — strategically

and operationally. You'll define where we go and then roll up your sleeves to help get us

there. You'll lead a small but sharp team (developer, SEO specialist, content specialist) while

staying hands-on yourself: writing copy, running paid campaigns, jumping into content when

it matters.

This is not a purely strategic role. We need someone who can think at the brand level on

Monday and be in the weeds on a Meta campaign by Wednesday. If you need a big team to

What You'll Do
- Define and drive the overall Onefam marketing strategy across all channels and properties.
- Leverage AI tools and digital innovation to punch above our weight.
- Manage and mentor a team of specialists (developer, SEO, and content) setting clear goals and supporting their growth.
- Own paid media — Meta, Google, and beyond — from strategy to execution and optimisation.




- Lead content strategy and get hands-on when needed: social, email, blog, partnerships.
- Drive direct booking growth and reduce OTA dependency through smart digital marketing.
- Own the brand voice and make sure it stays consistent, authentic, and unmistakably Onefam.
- Track performance — set KPIs, build reports, and turn data into decisions.
- Collaborate closely with operations and leadership to align marketing with business goals.
- Stay close to the traveller community — on the ground, online, and everywhere in between.

Who You Are
- minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in travel, hospitality, or a fast-paced consumer brand.
- Strong strategic thinker who's equally comfortable executing — you don't wait for someone else to press go.
- Proven track record in paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and performance marketing.
