We are looking for a technical and multidisciplinary project manager who is not afraid of getting his/her hands in the mud.
If your application is retained, you will be the central hub for cutting-edge stratospheric innovation, steering High-Altitude Pseudo Satellites (HAPS) payload projects. Sitting at the nexus of clients, space-grade engineers, and external partners, you will be tasked with transforming ambitious high-altitude ideas into flawlessly executed, flight-ready missions—on time, on budget, and, of course, on quality.
Key Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle Leadership: Lead overall planning, execution, and delivery of HAPS payload projects from initial kickoff through integration, testing, and flight preparation.
Technical Contribution: we are a small, agile company,

Stakeholder & Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients, ensuring clear communication, alignment on requirements, and continuous satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Matrix-manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and external partners, driving technical alignment and accountability without direct line authority.
Project Governance & Risk Management: Monitor schedule, budget, scope, and resource allocation; proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Finance and Procurement: together with the financial controllers and the CFO follow-up budget and update EAC (Estimated at Completion) financials. Manage purchases for your projects following internal compliance rules.
