Role Mission
We are looking for an
Influencer & Community Engagement Specialist
to manage and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns while nurturing and growing a community of creators across multiple beauty brands.

This role combines
campaign execution, influencer relationship management and community engagement
, and is key to building meaningful, long-term relationships with creators, transforming them into true brand advocates.



Sitting at the crossroads of
community, influence and brand experience
, you will craft engaging ecosystems that inspire participation, loyalty and cultural relevance.

You will play a key role in bringing campaigns to life, working closely with influencers and internal teams to create relevant, engaging and performance-driven content.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from scouting and onboarding to execution and reporting
- Identify, recruit and manage micro and macro influencers, building strong, long-term relationships
- Oversee negotiations, briefings, deliverables and timelines to ensure high-quality execution
- Grow and nurture a community of creators, driving engagement, advocacy and a strong sense of belonging
- Design and implement engagement and loyalty strategies (including gamification, rewards and community initiatives)
- Conceptualize and execute
