Your role
Interested in working in financial services, specifically learning about global market trends, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 General Markets Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
- buy and sell financial instruments for our clients
- extract market moving data from a variety of sources to inform decisions across our Global Markets business
- provide clients with information about recent market trends and offer trades at the best prices
Your team
You’ll be working in our Global Markets business, and more specifically within our Cross Asset Solutions team working with institutional clients to provide coverage, and financing services.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- is graduating between 2025 and 2027
- has or is on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system)
or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree
- can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- has excellent analytical and IT skills and is always eager to improve them
- is fluent in English and Spanish, other languages especially Portuguese are a plus
