I am seeking a self-motivated and dedicated Account Executive to join an innovative, skilled, and sociable team in a SaaS company in Madrid for the German market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cover the full sales cycle, from lead generation to prospecting to closing
- Researching client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Developing and implement strategies to secure new business.
- Creating and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations.
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
- Tracking and managing the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts.
- Manage a newly signed account for the first 6 months before handing over
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Highly fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English or Spanish (B2)
- 6-12 months of experience in outbound B2B/B2C sales (preferably in SaaS)
- Strong negotiation, presentation,



and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Willingness to move to Madrid, Spain at your own expense
- EU Pass or working permit/visa for Madrid
