About the role:

Ayensa Group
is a specialist technology recruitment business focused on Salesforce, MuleSoft and SAP. We are preparing to hire our first cohort of 360° Recruitment Consultants and are looking for someone who can turn our processes, market knowledge and AI Operating System into a practical and scalable remote onboarding programme.

You will work closely with our Founder to build and deliver a 30/60/90-day Recruitment Academy covering both sides of a 360° recruitment desk: candidate sourcing, qualification and control, as well as outbound business development, discovery, vacancy qualification and closing.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys making other people better. You do not need to join us as a finished Head of Enablement. You do need commercial credibility, strong coaching instincts and the ability to turn expert knowledge into simple, repeatable learning experiences.

Your tasks:
- You will create practical learning journeys, playbooks, exercises, role plays, call examples and readiness checks. You will run virtual training sessions,



review calls and give specific feedback that improves behaviour and performance. You will also help new consultants use our AI-enabled workflows effectively while ensuring that human judgment, confidentiality and quality control remain central.
- Because Ayensa operates as a fully distributed business, remote enablement is a core part of this role. You will create connection, confidence and accountability without relying on an office. You should know how to facilitate engaging virtual sessions, combine live and asynchronous learning, make progress visible without surveillance and recognise when a remote colleague needs additional support.
- Over time, you will become the first point of contact for recurring onboarding and process questions. This will allow our Founder to remain focused on clients, candidates and revenue while you take increasing ownership of the academy.
