Job Description:

RESPONSABILITIES:

Maintenance

Coordinate and supervise internal and external technicians with the maintenance activities on site.
Support the planner in the preparation of the maintenance activities
Give pro-actively support in case of difficult activities and/or problems




Follow up maintenance activities and adjust where necessary
Coordinate 3th party services according to Sibelco technical and safety standards
Create correct maintenance work orders according to Sibelco rules and standards
Follow up and execute maintenance plan for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
Perform gatekeeping on maintenance notifications and manage them with the correct priority
Review maintenance jobs and close the work orders with correct aftercare
Continuously communicate with production operators, supervisors and engineers to ensure maintenance activities are performed according to planning
Coordinate and support emergency regime

Operational Excellence

Actively participate in the daily performance dialogue and problem solving events. Coordinate the technicians and execute maintenance activities in the site according to Sibelco’s operational excellence and safety principles to contribute to the Sibelc
