Experteer Overview
In this role you drive cybersecurity for automotive software platforms, shaping secure architectures across projects. You will analyze threats, define mitigation strategies, and translate them into architectural decisions with a cross-functional team. You contribute to compliance evidence, standards alignment, and security maturity, while mentoring others and guiding security practices. You thrive in a risk-aware, standards-driven environment and help elevate product security at scale.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Conduct threat analysis and risk assessments to identify cybersecurity threats and derive requirements and design mitigations
• Define cybersecurity specifications and technical requirements for product development and testing
• Define cybersecurity events, identify weaknesses, and perform vulnerability analysis
• Produce ISO21434 related work products and evidence
• Act as security assessor/auditor for projects and as deputy Security Manager when needed
• Support customer interfaces with technical cybersecurity expertise
• Guide development teams through requirements, design, testing, and evidence collection for cybersecurity compliance




• Mentor teams on cybersecurity and facilitate estimation for cybersecurity features
• Analyze system/software architecture for automotive projects and lead cybersecurity feature design
• Oversee software implementation and verification correctness
• Monitor cybersecurity information and manage vulnerabilities
• Act as ambassador of cybersecurity practices within the Business Unit
• Explore emerging technologies and best practices
• Prepare training programs for development teams
• Support cybersecurity processes improvement in software development for critical environments

Responsabilidades
• 10-15 years experience in SW Architecture
• 5 years experience in Automotive Cybersecurity Standards (ISO21434, ASPICE for Cybersecurity, UNECE WP.29)
• 5 years experience System Security experience
