The Role:This role bridges technical, commercial and strategic domains – working closely with R&D, sales, marketing and key players to drive growth within the Wire & Cable segment, covering comprehensive spectrum of polymer materials used in production within the Wire & Cable sector.Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing or application development in the Wire & Cable materials industry.- Strong technical knowledge in polymers and plastics processing.- Familiarity with Wire & Cable producers’ requirements, specifications and approval processes.- Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills.- Knowledge and networking withing the Wire & Cable industry.- Willingness to travel, also abroad, to customers,



trade shows and manufacturing sites.Main Tasks:- Lead and implement the integral Wire & Cable product strategy.- Cross-functional collaboration with local and global sales and R&D teams.- Partner with Sales and Technical teams to identify application opportunities.- Monitor industry trends, regulations and competitor offerings in the Wire & Cable space.- Product expert in customer meetings.- Coordinate the OEM co-operations across the global sales teams.- Strategy development for the Wire & Cable R&D teams.- Support Marketing with product contents and technical collateral.
