Experteer Overview
In this field-based role, you drive sales growth within hospitals by aligning BD strategies with customer needs and the Workplace u0026amp; Community business unit. You work closely with RSMs and PMs to deliver added-value services, support pre- and post-surgery activities, and manage kits and consignments to optimize inventory and reduce losses. You will develop product knowledge to lead client workshops and ensure high customer satisfaction and revenue acceleration. This position offers high travel, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to contribute to market share gains in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Grow sales within current hospitals by mapping customer needs and delivering value-added services
• Facilitate Purchase Orders to reduce open orders
• Maintain close customer contact to optimize consignments and replacement of expired items
• Support DOH reduction in the region
• Develop product knowledge to enable workshops and potentially lead them for clients
• Provide pre- and post-surgery sales support on-site
• Prepare and verify surgery kits, ensuring completeness and return to warehouse to reduce losses and CAPEX
Responsabilidades
• University degree (any)
• Fluency in Spanish; English desirable
• Experience in biomedical company is a plus
• Previous sales or marketing experience desirable
• Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables in a demanding environment
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication, listening, and teamwork skills
• Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel; Power BI mentioned
