Experteer Overview
As a Data Scientist in Commercial Banking Analytics, you will turn data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions. You’ll develop robust analytic solutions from basic statistics to advanced ML models and present results to diverse audiences. You collaborate with IT to deploy proofs of concept as production models, and explore Generative AI approaches to solve business problems. This role sits at the intersection of data science and business impact within a global banking context, enabling data-driven decision making.

• Explore Generative AI solutions including RAG and agentic approaches where appropriate for the business problem

Responsabilidades
• Solid foundations in statistical analysis
• Machine learning for classification, regression and unsupervised tasks (required)
• Experience with SQL, Python, PySpark (at least two)
• Production-quality software development experience
• Knowledge of data science tools and deep learning libraries
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and evaluation (plus)
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock and cloud-based Generative AI platforms (plus)
• Business sense to translate results into actionable insights
• Experience in financial industry context
• Advanced English and Spanish
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration
