eIDAS Auditor – Europe

Location: Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Poland or UK

Join a leading international certification and assurance organisation as an eIDAS Auditor, supporting organisations across Europe while contributing to the continued growth of its Digital Trust and Electronic Authentication practice.

You will conduct audits and conformity assessments of Trust Service Providers (TSPs) and other digital trust organisations, assessing compliance with eIDAS, ETSI standards and related regulatory requirements. The role involves reviewing technical documentation, policies, procedures, and operational controls; preparing audit reports; and working directly with clients throughout the audit process.

You will have the opportunity to work with leading organisations across Europe's growing Digital Trust market, supported by state-of-the-art facilities across Europe. The role also offers a high degree of autonomy, with the flexibility to manage your own diary and schedule audits around your clients and workload.

The position involves approximately 60% travel, primarily across Germany, the Netherlands, France and Spain, with occasional travel to other European locations. Travel expenses and allowances are provided. Funded training and certifications, including eIDAS Lead Auditor and ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, are also available.

Requirements

- Proven audit experience within eIDAS, Digital Trust Services, Electronic Authentication or TSPs.
- Strong knowledge of eIDAS and relevant ETSI standards.
- Excellent audit, analytical and report-writing skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% across Europe.
