Experteer Overview
As Director Manufacturing PM Europe, you oversee six European sites to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-efficient operations that support LyondellBasell’s sustainability agenda. You drive HSE performance (GoalZERO, APEX, VEP for Quality), lead staffing and succession planning, and manage capital investments. You champion continuous improvement and build strong cross-functional partnerships to deliver reliable site performance and business results. This is a leadership role at scale with a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Direct site operations across six European sites in alignment with corporate needs and local regulations
• Lead staff development, succession planning, and industrial relations at the sites
• Plan and manage annual operating and capital budgets for the sites and region
• Develop and monitor KPIs and reporting for site performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities
• Coordinate with Asset Manager, Marketing, Sales, Technical Support, and Planning teams




• Ensure robust reporting systems to inform regional management
• Promote safety, environmental stewardship, and responsible care across sites

Responsabilidades
• Engineering or science degree, or equivalent professional experience
• Min 20 years of relevant industry experience
• Min 5 years as site manager (preferred)
• Experience in international assignments and multicultural environments
• Experience in managing remote, international teams
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes; plastic compounding experience preferred
• Excellent English (verbal and written); other European languages advantageous
• Strong business acumen and economics understanding
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
