Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead and coordinate strategic programs to boost client retention and value across Gartner’s CSO Strategy u0026amp; Operations team. You will partner with Sales, Product, Technology, Insights, and service delivery teams to translate best practices into actionable enablement resources. You will monitor performance, drive cross-functional initiatives, and present results to senior leaders, shaping how Gartner supports clients and accelerates retention. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role at scale within a matrixed environment that values collaboration and data-driven decision making.

• Lead initiatives to improve performance against best practices and accelerate client retention
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Insights to deliver coordinated solutions to service teams
• Work with GSu0026D Ops, Sales Leaders, Team NCVI Partners, and Service delivery teams to execute and monitor programs
• Identify and mitigate strategic risks related to processes and retention across Gartner’s products and practices
• Produce operational and planning reports/presentations for senior leaders (e.g., quarterly reviews, monthly updates)




• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analytics to identify improvements, provide actionable recommendations, and increase transparency
• Foster strong relationships across GSu0026D Ops, Sales Leaders, Team NCVI Partners, and Service delivery teams
• Collaborate with relevant partners to solve problems and identify business improvement opportunities

Responsabilidades
• Working knowledge of Gartner's product suite is beneficial
• Strong relationship-building skills in a matrixed environment
• Excellent analytical skills; ability to translate large datasets into actionable insights and concise presentations
• Proven ability to understand business initiatives and recommend data-driven solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to create senior-level decks and communications
• Excellent organizational skills; adept at managing multiple work streams
