We are looking for a
Training & Adoption Manager
(m/f/d) to support the successful deployment of major global transformation programs, including our SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation, and related enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Field Service.
Based in our growing Global IT Shared Service Centre in Madrid, you will work closely with the Global Training Lead, and take responsibility for translating the Training strategy into effective training execution across rollout waves, countries and user groups.
This is a highly visible and international role with significant ownership. You will coordinate business stakeholders, functional teams and implementation partners, ensure training readiness ahead of go-lives, and help build a scalable training and adoption model for a multi-year global transformation.

The working location for this position will be in Madrid city, where we operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time spent on-site on a weekly basis.

Creating passion: your responsibilities
Translate the global training strategy into wave- and country-specific training plans in close collaboration with the Training Lead.
Own the planning, coordination and execution of training deployment activities across SAP S/4HANA, and related transformation programs.
Coordinate training activities across functional teams, business stakeholders, local organizations, implementation partners and key-user communities.
Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and ensure training plans reflect the relevant business processes, system changes and user populations.
