Experteer Overview
In this role, you support MES sales and delivery efforts as part of the Centre of Excellence, guiding best-practice MES modelling and solutions. You mentor delivery teams, coordinate with pre-sales and product to shape proposals, and ensure robust solution design and estimation. You act as solution architect at project start, drive design reviews, and facilitate smooth handovers to customers. You thrive on collaborative, cross-functional work to deliver scalable MES solutions that meet client needs.

• Act as solution architect at project start and collaborate with project team leads
• Lead design reviews and specify solution design for new and existing customers
• Coach project teams to implement appropriate, maintainable MES solutions
• Review change requests for practicality, effort, and scope impact




• Sign-off on prototype and test results before customer presentation
• Coordinate with support and delivery teams for smooth project handover
• Contribute to solution delivery processes, testing, release, and deployment standards
• Develop and maintain MES IPC content and participate in PKS knowledge-sharing
• Mentor senior consultants and enable ongoing MES capability development

Responsabilidades
• Experience with MES implementations
• Experience in manufacturing industries or with manufacturing IT context
• Experience in software delivery or development teams focused on solution architecture
• Ability to travel abroad and fluent in English
• Flexibility in working hours
