Experteer Overview
As a Finance Business Partner for Iberia, you partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to drive profitable growth through planning, analysis, and governance. You will collaborate with local leadership, Sales, Marketing and Head Office to enhance performance and financial accountability. You’ll manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and ROI evaluations while supporting commercial negotiations and investments. This role combines rigorous financial insight with cross-functional influence in a dynamic multinational setting.

• Act as trusted finance partner for Commercial and Marketing teams
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and flash planning with budget owners
• Perform detailed variance analysis and communicate drivers
• Monitor performance against targets and propose actions to improve results
• Evaluate ROI of commercial initiatives and marketing investments
• Support commercial negotiations and business cases
• Monitor marketing investments and MDF; analyze promotional effectiveness




• Prepare monthly management reporting and develop dashboards/KPIs
• Ensure accuracy of master data and drive process improvements
• Interface with Head Office on pricing and commercial finance topics
• Support internal and external audits

Responsabilidades
• Several years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FPu0026A, Commercial Finance or Sales Finance
• Experience in multinational environments
• Proficiency with SAP (Hannah) and Anaplan
• Strong financial planning u0026 analysis skills (budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning)
• Advanced Excel; Power BI preferred; knowledge of Domo
• Ability to perform profitability, Pu0026L by customer, variance analysis
• Experience with data visualization and dashboards
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Spanish language proficiency
